With over 20 years of consulting and operations management experience, Brian Clapp has extensive background and deep expertise in organizational change and operational management. He has consulted with organizations large and small across a multitude of industries to help drive successful individual and organizational change and improve employee engagement.
In his current role as Chief Operating Officer at CCI Consulting, Brian is focused on driving the continued success, growth and diversification of this multi-facetted human capital consulting firm. His broad responsibilities include day-to-day and strategic aspects of operations, business development / account management and sales/marketing for the firm.
He was previously the Local Market Leader for Aon Consulting’s Philadelphia market. In this role he was responsible for leading and coordinating Aon's Consulting’s service delivery, client satisfaction, and business development efforts across multiple practice areas to effectively support clients with employee benefit, talent management and rewards strategies and solutions.
Brian joined Aon Consulting from Right Management where he was EVP of Global Product Management responsible for the firm’s global product management and development functions as well as Global Quality Assurance and Global Information Technology. In this capacity he was a member of Right’s Executive leadership Team responsible for governance of a $400million professional services firm.
Prior to this role, Brian was Senior Vice President and General Manager of Right Management’s Mid-Atlantic United States Region. In this capacity, he had full P&L and operational responsibility for the region. He consistently exceeded regional sales goals and operating goals and improved year-over-year regional sales results by an average of 16% a year. Brian also served as the Managing Principal of the Greater Philadelphia market, which achieved record results with over 100% growth in both revenues and clients under his leadership.
Previously, Brian was the Director of Sales and Vice President, Client Services Consulting in the Greater Philadelphia market. In 1997, his work was recognized with the “Chairman’s Award” for outstanding results and outstanding client service. He was also tapped to help create Right’s Strategic Account program and was responsible for managing the Eastern United States activities of the Strategic Account team including the sales strategy, engagement management, and pricing for major projects and major client engagements in the Eastern United States.
Before joining Right Management, Brian worked for Automatic Data Processing (ADP), where he held the position of Major Accounts District Manager and was responsible for managing key client accounts and developing new business relationships in Southeastern Pennsylvania for the employer services division of ADP.
Brian has a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Bowling Green State University, a Masters in Business Administration from West Chester State University, and has completed an Executive Leadership program through Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
